Everything is cement,no pretty pictures or plants. No place to sit in the lobby had to walk almost a mile to my room.the whole place reaked of marijuana and cigarettes. Curtains were hanging by one hook window was stuck opened two inches but wouldn't shut or open all the way.I got an emergency phone call the minute I set my bags down so I couldn't stay anyway. But for that I was thankful. No towels shampoo soap or anything in the room. Don't be fooled by the website pictures. They use the ones from the Henrietta hotel. That's why I went there. But the prices are fair and they did refund me .That place should really be checked out by the health department. I seen two people on my way to the room both gun toting and looked higher than the sky.The attendant at the desk is behind bullet proof glass Just Not a good place especially if your vacationing and have children. Hotel planner that booked this for me was very friendly and caring in the end and said THEY are refunding me and I appreciate it and will update if they do. Thank you.

Luckily, after driving 7 hours, family in tow, they had given my room to someone else. It didn't matter to them that it was paid in full or that check in had only begun three hours prior to our arrival, nor were they sympathic in the least. The guy at the desk simply shrugged his shoulders and said they didn't have our room. I say luckily because the place stunk from smoke and not sure what else.. with the front door wide open in the almost 90 degree heat. The whole place looked like it needed a good scrubbing so I am thankful we didn't spend the night. For $3 LESS, I checked into the Holiday Inn Express and slept like a queen!

The most disgusting hotel ive ever seen. As soon as I walked in the loby it was disgusting. The carpet was dirty, paint on the walls were chipped, the service was terrible. I went to look at my room and the whole way there all I saw was dirty carpets and walls in the hallway. It smelled like cigarettes. The room looked okay until I looked at the sheets and they were stained. The tub was filthy. I immediately went back the the loby and requested a refund. It is a shame that this establishment is still standing! It should be shut down!

The hallway smelled of damp old carpet cleaning supplies. We entered a large stale smelling room. As we were putting our things down I dropped my jacket on the floor. When I picked it up, it had tons of dust on it. The shower had used bars of soap in it and there was no garbage can in the room what’s so ever. This was a terrible experience. Just to think the sheets probably were not changed??.
