The staff was GREAT! The hotel was in proximity to my critically ill loved one at AMC.
Slept well. Bed was very comfortable.
Stayed for med procedures and it was perfect location, friendly staff, very accommodating. I asked for the room by the elevator and lobby and they placed me where I asked, extra pillows, etc.
Room was immaculate, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Wasn't there very long but enjoyed the visit.
We stay here each year for a medical procedure. staff is helpful and courteous. room was great. Thank you and see you next June.
I would give my review of the Hilton Garden was the highest rating.
My room was clean. Staff was super helpful and it's very close to the hospital with a walkway from the hotel into the hospital (Albany Med.) Just the best hotel to be in. There's restaurant downstairs so you don't have to do anything outside of the hotel, you can walk everywhere. There's also a Starbucks downstairs. It's pet friendly. Breakfast was a hot breakfast w/scrambled eggs, bacon, and home fries, pastries, cereal and bagels. The maid service was great, we had my husband's service dog in our room and she was super helpful. Luke was extra kind to my grandson and daughter when they arrived. The windows opened to give you just enough fresh air. The convenience and location is perfect, the staff was perfect. I will stay there again when he has to go up for his follow up appointment from his surgery. I felt safe, you have to use a room key for the elevator and the hospital entrance.
